About Me

Welcome to my blog! I am currently training my for first marathon (Philly, November 18th). I am a single lady who just made a life change and moved  from Pennsylvania and down to Maryland. I love food...I love cooking it, baking it, and most of all eating it. I am a special education teacher and currently going back to grad school to become a school counselor.

The name of my blog came about from a bracelet that my Aunt bought me a few years ago. I just thought the few simple words were motivating (and also catchy!) Also, sorry about my chubby fingers (I am sure my mom and sister are laughing right now).

Here is Sessy...can you tell we are sisters? One of my favorite places to visit is her home in Newport, Rhode Island. This picture was taken on Ocean Drive....

My Mom and I traveled to France and Spain this past summer...I am sure I will work that trip into a blog post at some point!!

 Lucy...I am learning to accept the fact that my mom loves Lucy more than me...:)

Here is "bro" and Sessy...this is pre-marriage...soon it will be one-year for these two love birds! I think we should celebrate by having a wedding round 2, but not sure if Mom and Dad have the budget for that. Bro in law is a great addition to the family, he knows how to bring everyone down a notch:)

And of course my amazing Dad! He is a number one Villanova Basketball fan, and the rest of the family doesn't fall far behind!
